At Hermitage Christian Academy, we are committed to making Christ-centered, classical education affordable for families.

Payment Schedule & Plans

Tuition for all students is due in full by July 1st.
Payment plans are available through America’s Christian Credit Union.

Financial Aid

HCA partners with FACTS Grant & Aid to securely collect financial information from families and make needs-based financial aid decisions. To apply for financial aid families must submit an application through FACTS. Please note, there is a $40 application fee.

Financial Support

Thanks to the generous support of our community, we are able to keep tuition costs low and offer needs-based scholarships. We are able to make Christ-centered education accessible and affordable through various funding sources including:

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. The exception is for students who apply for a class that does not fill.
